# Paladin 1.3.0 asset notice

Reviewed on 2026-09-25. Author: JarlBrak.

The repository's MIT license covers authored code and declarative gameplay data.
It is not a blanket relicensing of generated artwork or third-party rights.

## Rodin-derived models and textures

The GLB equipment meshes and their atlases originate from Hyper3D Rodin outputs
created from original generated concepts, then fitted, rigged, optimized and
exported with Blender. Rodin output is addressed by section 5(b) of the
[Hyper3D Terms of Service](https://hyper3d.ai/legal/terms), subject to the
restrictions and applicable third-party terms described there. Recipients should
read the full terms, including section 6.3 and its recipient-notice requirements.
The separate ChatAvatar purchased-license provisions are not the basis for this
Rodin asset notice. On 2026-09-25, the author confirmed that the Creator plan was active when these
models were generated. This is author-provided confirmation, not independent
provider verification of the account. The official Rodin terms linked above
were reviewed for this release.

## Other artwork and provenance

Action symbols and concept references are original generated artwork. No game
artwork was supplied as image-generation input. Native character bodies, faces,
hair, backpacks, and shared native weapon glyphs are not distributed as new
original assets. Their rights remain with their respective owners.

The [asset provenance record](https://github.com/jarlbrak/ftk-mod-framework/blob/master/marketplace/packages/paladin-assets.provenance.json)
lists exact runtime hashes and source campaign evidence. Its campaign paths are
ledger identifiers for separately retained sources, not bundled download links. Generation provenance is not an
independent guarantee of copyrightability or third-party rights clearance.

Keep this notice and the linked terms with redistribution of the artwork.
The runtime archive contains only supported game data and PNG/GLB assets; this
notice is supplied in the source and as a separate release asset.

## Blacksmith coming-soon studio artwork

The `blacksmith/` directory contains a promotional illustration and studio renders of original
Rodin-derived Blacksmith equipment, not extracted native game assets. The Rodin terms linked above also apply to
these renders; the Paladin account confirmation above is scoped to Paladin. These preview
images do not distribute the unreleased package or establish gameplay validation. Source
and derivative hashes are recorded in `src/data/blacksmith-art-provenance.json` in the site
source. Retain this notice with redistribution.
